FOOM was Marvel's self produced fan magazine. The acronym stands for "Friends of ol' Marvel" and you will be hard pressed to find many of these books in high grade. With cheaper paper quality than the the comics of the time, seeing copies in 9.2 or better is a rarity and a 9.8 is nearly unheard of.
